Before Your Appointment
Please let us know if you have a history of a ruptured eardrum, ear tubes, prior ear surgery, ear drainage or bleeding, significant ear pain, recent ear infection, sudden hearing loss, severe dizziness or vertigo, or a foreign object in the ear.

How is ear wax removed?
We use an electronic ear irrigation system designed to gently flush and remove excessive or impacted ear wax. The amount and condition of the wax will help determine the appropriate approach during your visit.
What if all of the ear wax cannot be removed?
Some hardened or impacted ear wax may not be safely removed in a single visit. If we are unable to complete the removal, we will discuss appropriate next steps with you.
Do you diagnose ear infections or other ear conditions?
No. Ear wax removal is a removal service only. We do not diagnose ear conditions or prescribe medications. If we identify a concern that may require medical evaluation, we may recommend follow-up with your healthcare provider.
