How Scheduling Works:

Start by selecting either an in office appointment in San Marcos or a mobile appointment in North San Diego County. Mobile appointments require ZIP code verification before booking access is provided. If your ZIP code does not automatically redirect, please call or text 760-237-0398 so we can confirm availability for your location.


We are available 7 days a week for both office and mobile appointments. In office appointments offer lower pricing.

Mobile appointment hours are 7 days a week from 8 AM to 8 PM.


Office hours are Monday through Thursday from 10 AM to 3 PM. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday office appointments are available by appointment only.


The scheduler displays real time availability, including any extended hours offered by our nurses.



If your preferred appointment time is unavailable, select Join Our Waitlist during the booking process and we will contact you if an opening becomes available.

Important Mobile Appointment Info

  • Arrival time may vary by up to one hour early or late due to traffic or prior appointments.
  • You will receive timely text updates about any scheduling adjustments.

Cancellation Policy:

A valid credit card is required to hold all appointments. The credit card is NOT charged prior to the appointment.  We take payment at time of service.


Regular IV Therapy Appointments
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice incur a $100 fee.

Cancellations with less than 2 hours’ notice will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service.

As a courtesy, a one time reschedule may be considered for regular IV therapy appointments canceled with at least 12 hours’ notice, provided the new appointment is scheduled within the next 24 to 48 hours. This courtesy is not guaranteed and may only be used once.


No call/No show appointments will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service.


Appointments reserved and then canceled shortly after booking are still subject to the applicable cancellation fee.


HaloRed or HaloSauna Appointments
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice incur a $20 fee for one service or $40 if both services are booked.


NO CANCELLATIONS ACCEPTED VIA TEXT

All appointments require a credit card to secure your booking. Please note, the card on file is only for potential cancellation fees if necessary. You will not be charged for your service using this card unless a cancellation fee applies. Your credit card or another form of payment will still need to be presented at the time of your appointment for the actual service.
