Important Scheduling Information

• Please note: New clients are required to complete a Good Faith Exam (GFE) during their first appointment. The fee for the GFE is $28.

• Mobile appointments are available throughout North San Diego County, 7 days a week from 8 AM to 8 PM.

• In office appointments are available at our San Marcos location and are priced lower than mobile appointments.

• Mobile appointments require ZIP code verification before booking access is provided.

• A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments. Your card is not charged before the appointment. Payment is collected at the time of service.

• Mobile appointment arrival times may vary by up to one hour due to traffic conditions and prior appointments.

• If your preferred appointment time is unavailable, select "Join Our Waitlist" during booking.

Cancellation Policy

• IV Therapy Appointments: Less than 24 hours notice incurs a $100 fee.
• IV Therapy Appointments: Less than 2 hours notice or no call/no show will be charged the full service fee.
• HaloRed and HaloSauna Appointments: Less than 24 hours notice incurs a $20 fee for one service or $40 if both services are booked.
• No cancellations are accepted via text message.
